1. Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products (coffee beverages, food items, roasted beans), we generally do not accept returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
2. Order Errors or Defects
If you receive an incorrect order or if the product is defective/damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately or inform our staff if you are in-store. We will typically offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the item at no extra cost.
- A full refund for the item in question.
- Store credit for future purchases.
3. Canceling an Order
For pre-orders or online orders, cancellations must be made within a specific timeframe (e.g., within 5 minutes of placing the order or before preparation begins). Once preparation has begun, we may not be able to offer a refund.
4. Merchandise
For non-perishable merchandise (e.g., mugs, equipment), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
